These Terms & Conditions govern all use of the bag88 platform, including sports betting, casino gaming, account registration, deposits, withdrawals, and bonus participation. Please read this agreement carefully before using bag88 services.

Section 1

Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") apply to the bag88 platform accessible at bag88.app and any associated mobile-optimised interfaces ("the Platform"). bag88 provides online sports betting, live casino, slot gaming, crash games, and related entertainment services to eligible members in Bangladesh.

Your continued use of the bag88 platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amendments. bag88 reserves the right to revise these Terms at any time. Game-Specific Rules: Individual game categories (sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games) operate under product-specific rules communicated within each game or betting interface.

If any conflict arises between these general Terms and a specific policy document, the specific policy shall take precedence for the subject matter it governs. In all other respects, these general Terms shall apply.

Binding Agreement

Using bag88 in any capacity — browsing, registering, depositing, or playing — constitutes full acceptance of these Terms.

Right to Amend

bag88 may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any revision constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

English Language

These Terms are issued in English. In any dispute over interpretation, the English-language version of this document shall be the authoritative reference.

Supplementary Policies

Section 2

Eligibility & Age Restriction

Access to and use of the bag88 platform is subject to strict eligibility requirements. By registering an account or using the platform in any capacity, you represent and warrant that you meet all of the following criteria at all times during your use of the platform.

18+ Only — Strict Age Requirement: The bag88 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. Persons under the age of 18 are not permitted to register an account, place a bet, play any casino game, make a deposit, or use any feature of the bag88 platform. bag88 reserves the right to request age verification documentation at any stage of the member lifecycle. Accounts found to be held by persons under 18 will be immediately suspended, all funds returned (less any bonus amounts), and the matter may be referred to the relevant authorities.

Age: You are at least 18 years of age. This requirement is non-negotiable and applies regardless of the legal gambling age in any other jurisdiction you may reference.
Legal Capacity: You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding contract under the laws applicable to you. You are not under any legal disability, guardianship, or court order that would prevent you from entering into agreements.
Single Account: You are registering one account only. bag88 operates a strict one-account-per-person, per-household, per-device policy. Holding multiple accounts constitutes a material breach of these Terms and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of balances beyond the original deposit amount.
Own Identity: You are registering and operating the account solely in your own name and on your own behalf. Registering on behalf of a third party, accepting bets on behalf of others, or operating an account as an agent is strictly prohibited.
Self-Exclusion Status: You are not currently subject to a self-exclusion order or voluntary exclusion period on the bag88 platform. If you have previously self-excluded and your exclusion period has not expired, you must not attempt to re-register or use the platform.
Accurate Information: All information provided during registration and throughout your membership — name, date of birth, contact details, payment method information — is accurate, current, and complete. Providing false information is a breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
Own Funds: All funds deposited into your bag88 account are your own lawfully obtained money. bag88 does not knowingly accept deposits from proceeds of crime or otherwise unlawfully obtained funds.

Age Verification Process: bag88 may at any time request documentary proof of age, identity, or address from any member. Acceptable documents include a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or other government-issued photo identification. Failure to provide requested verification documents within the specified timeframe will result in account suspension until verification is completed. Withdrawals may be held pending satisfactory completion of any outstanding verification requirements.

Section 3

Account Registration & Security

To access the full functionality of the bag88 platform — including placing bets, playing casino games, and making deposits and withdrawals — you must register a member account. The registration process is free of charge. bag88 reserves the right to refuse any registration application at its sole discretion without being required to provide a reason.

Each registered member is responsible for maintaining the security and confidentiality of their account credentials. bag88 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to keep your login details secure.

Registration Data: You must provide accurate full name, date of birth, email address, mobile number, and any other information requested during the registration process. All fields marked as required must be completed truthfully.
Password Security: You are solely responsible for choosing a strong, unique password for your bag88 account and for keeping that password confidential. Do not share your password with any other person. bag88 staff will never ask you for your password.
Unauthorised Access: You must notify bag88 support immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of or suspect any unauthorised access to your account. bag88 will take reasonable steps to secure your account upon receiving such notification.
Account Activity Responsibility: You are responsible for all activity that occurs on your bag88 account while logged in, whether or not you authorised that activity, unless the activity occurred as a direct result of bag88's negligence or a platform security failure.
Account Non-Transferability: Your bag88 account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, or gifted to any other person. Any attempt to transfer an account will result in immediate suspension of the account.
Contact Detail Updates: You must keep your contact details — email address and mobile number — current and accurate. bag88 uses these details for security verification, transaction confirmations, and support communications. Outdated contact details may delay account recovery or withdrawal processing.
Account Inactivity: Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months are classified as inactive. bag88 may apply a monthly administrative fee to inactive accounts as specified in the current fee schedule. Members will be notified before any fee is applied. Accounts with a zero balance will be closed after an extended period of inactivity.

One Account Per Person

bag88 enforces a strict single-account policy. Duplicate accounts will be suspended and any bonuses or winnings accrued through multiple accounts may be voided.

Account Security

Your account security is a shared responsibility. Use a strong unique password, do not share credentials, and contact support immediately if you suspect your account has been compromised.

KYC Verification

bag88 may request Know Your Customer (KYC) documentation at any stage. Providing accurate identification documents enables faster withdrawal processing and keeps your account in good standing.

Section 4

Deposits & Withdrawals

bag88 operates BDT-denominated accounts. All deposits, wagers, winnings, and withdrawals are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka. No currency conversion is required or applied. The following rules govern all financial transactions on the bag88 platform.

Own Payment Methods: You may only deposit using a payment method registered in your own name. bag88 does not accept deposits from payment methods belonging to third parties. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same mobile wallet used for the most recent qualifying deposit, unless otherwise authorised by bag88 support through an identity-verified channel.
Withdrawal Eligibility: To request a withdrawal, your account must have passed all required KYC verification steps, and there must be no active bonus wagering requirement outstanding that covers the balance you wish to withdraw. Attempting to withdraw funds subject to an active wagering requirement will result in either the bonus being voided or the withdrawal being held until the requirement is met, at bag88's discretion.
Maximum Withdrawal Limits: Daily and weekly withdrawal limits apply to all accounts. Current limits are displayed in the account dashboard. bag88 reserves the right to apply enhanced due diligence procedures for large withdrawal requests, which may extend processing times. Members will be notified of any such delay.
Processing Timelines: bag88 aims to process all withdrawal requests within the timeframes stated in the table above. These timelines apply during normal operating hours (Bangladesh Standard Time, UTC+6). Processing times during peak periods, public holidays (Eid, Victory Day, Independence Day), or due to third-party gateway delays may be extended. bag88 will communicate any delay proactively.
Deposit Integrity: All deposits are subject to automated and manual fraud screening. Deposits identified as potentially fraudulent, charged-back, or originating from compromised payment accounts will result in the immediate suspension of the associated bag88 account pending investigation. Winnings generated from funds subsequently confirmed as fraudulent will be voided.
No Interest on Balances: bag88 does not pay interest on member account balances. Funds held in your bag88 account are held solely for the purpose of facilitating bets and gaming activity on the platform.

Section 5

Bonus & Promotions Policy

bag88 offers a range of bonuses and promotional offers to eligible members, including welcome bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, and seasonal promotions tied to events such as BPL, IPL, T20 World Cup, Eid, and Pohela Boishakh. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless a specific promotion's individual terms state otherwise.

Opt-In Requirement: Most promotions on bag88 require an explicit opt-in action before the bonus is credited. bag88 will not retrospectively apply a bonus to activity that took place before the opt-in was completed.
Wagering Requirements: Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements — a multiplier applied to the bonus amount (and in some cases the deposit amount) that must be met through genuine platform activity before any winnings derived from bonus funds can be withdrawn. The specific wagering requirement for each promotion is stated at the point of opt-in.
Eligible Games: Not all games on the bag88 platform contribute equally — or at all — to wagering requirements. A game contribution schedule is published for each promotion. Bonus Expiry: All bonuses carry an expiry period during which the wagering requirement must be met. Bonus funds and any associated winnings that remain after the expiry of the bonus period will be forfeited automatically. Expiry periods are stated in individual promotion terms and are non-extendable.
Maximum Bonus Withdrawal: Some promotions impose a cap on the maximum amount that may be withdrawn from winnings derived from bonus funds. Where such a cap applies, it is stated clearly in the individual promotion terms. Winnings in excess of the stated cap will be removed from the account balance at the point of withdrawal.
Abuse and Misuse: bag88 monitors bonus activity for patterns indicative of abuse — including low-variance betting strategies designed to clear wagering requirements with minimal risk, arbitrage strategies, use of multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, and patterns consistent with coordinated bonus exploitation. Where abuse is identified, bag88 reserves the right to void bonus funds and associated winnings, close the account, and withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation.
Promotional Changes: bag88 reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate any promotion at any time. Members who have already opted in and commenced meeting a wagering requirement will not be adversely affected by changes made after their opt-in, except in cases of identified abuse.

Responsible Bonus Participation: Bonuses are designed to enhance the entertainment value of gaming on the bag88 platform. They are not a guaranteed path to profit. Section 6

Betting & Gaming Rules

The following general rules apply to all wagering and gaming activity on the bag88 platform. Product-specific rules for individual sports markets, casino game variants, and crash game titles supplement these general rules and take precedence in the event of any conflict with respect to the specific product they govern.

Bet Acceptance: A bet or wager is not accepted until you receive an explicit confirmation message from the bag88 platform acknowledging the bet and assigning a unique bet reference number. Bets that do not receive a confirmation — whether due to connectivity issues, platform errors, or insufficient account balance — are not valid and will not be settled.
Bet Amendments: Once a bet is confirmed by the platform and a reference number is issued, it cannot be amended, cancelled, or withdrawn by the member, except where a cash-out feature is explicitly offered for that specific market and the member exercises it before the applicable deadline.
Odds and Pricing: Odds displayed on the bag88 sportsbook are indicative until a bet is confirmed. bag88 reserves the right to change odds at any time before a bet is confirmed. Once confirmed, the odds at which the bet was accepted are locked and will not be changed, except in cases of obvious pricing errors (see below).
Obvious Pricing Errors: In the event that a bet is accepted at odds that are clearly erroneous — for example, due to a technical fault, data feed error, or human input error resulting in prices materially inconsistent with true market value — bag88 reserves the right to void the bet and return the stake to the member's account. Members who knowingly place bets on obviously erroneous odds will have their accounts reviewed and may be subject to account restrictions.
Void Bets: Certain events in sports betting — match abandonments, walkovers, disqualifications, or the non-running of a participant — may result in markets being voided. In a void event, stakes are returned to the member's account. Void selections within accumulator bets are typically treated as non-runners and the accumulator is recalculated accordingly.
Casino Game Integrity: All RNG-based casino games (slots, virtual table games) use certified random number generators supplied by bag88's provider partners. The outcome of every game round is independently determined and cannot be influenced by bag88 or the member. Live dealer games are conducted by human dealers in real-time streaming studios and are subject to the rules of the specific game variant in play.
Crash Game Cashout: For crash game products such as Aviator, the member's cash-out action must be executed and confirmed by the platform before the round ends. Cash-out requests submitted in the same millisecond as a crash event may not be processed successfully; the platform's server-side confirmation is the sole determinant of whether a cash-out was accepted.
Disputes: Any dispute regarding the outcome of a bet or game round must be raised with bag88 support within 30 days of the event in question. Disputes raised after this window may not be investigated. In all disputes, the bag88 server records constitute the primary evidence of what occurred and shall be treated as authoritative in the absence of clear evidence of a system error.

Section 7

Prohibited Conduct

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the bag88 platform. Violation of any of the following constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of account balance, and in serious cases, referral to law enforcement authorities.

Zero Tolerance: bag88 maintains a zero-tolerance approach to fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, underage gambling, and coordinated abuse of platform features. All accounts are monitored continuously. Suspicious activity patterns are reviewed by the bag88 integrity team and may result in immediate account suspension pending investigation.

Match Fixing & Insider Information: Placing bets using material non-public information, or in any way connected to the fixing, manipulation, or predetermined outcome of a sporting event. This includes acting on information obtained from players, officials, agents, or any person with privileged access to information about the event.
Money Laundering: Using the bag88 platform to deposit, transfer, or withdraw funds for any purpose connected to money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other financial crime. bag88 cooperates fully with relevant authorities in the investigation of suspected financial crime.
Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback, payment reversal, or dispute with your mobile wallet provider in respect of any deposit made to bag88, except in cases of demonstrable fraud not connected to your own account activity. Fraudulent chargebacks will be treated as theft and pursued accordingly.
Automated Betting: Use of bots, scripts, automated betting software, artificial intelligence tools, or any other non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the bag88 platform, unless explicitly authorised in writing by bag88.
Collusion: Coordinating with other members to achieve outcomes that would not be possible through individual independent play — including chip-dumping in poker-style games, coordinated accumulator splitting, or other forms of collaborative manipulation of game or betting outcomes.
Platform Interference: Attempting to hack, reverse-engineer, manipulate, or otherwise interfere with the bag88 platform, its software, APIs, data feeds, or server infrastructure. Any such attempt will be treated as a criminal matter.
Underage Gambling: Registering or using the platform while under the age of 18, or facilitating access to the platform by a person under the age of 18. Parents and guardians are reminded to use device-level parental controls to prevent minors from accessing online gaming platforms.
Multiple Accounts: Registering or operating more than one account, whether under the same name, different names, same household, or different households, for the purpose of circumventing account-level limits, claiming multiple welcome bonuses, or any other purpose. All accounts identified as duplicates will be suspended and may be permanently closed.

Section 8

Account Closure & Suspension

Both members and bag88 have the right to close or suspend an account under the circumstances described below. Account closure may be voluntary (initiated by the member) or involuntary (initiated by bag88 in accordance with these Terms).

Voluntary Closure by Member: You may request the closure of your bag88 account at any time by contacting support via live chat. Prior to closure, any outstanding balance (subject to having met all applicable withdrawal conditions) will be returned to your registered mobile wallet. Accounts with outstanding bonus wagering requirements will have those bonuses voided before the remaining real-money balance is returned.
Self-Exclusion Closure: If you wish to close your account as part of a responsible gaming self-exclusion, please contact support and specify that the closure is a self-exclusion request. Involuntary Suspension by bag88: bag88 reserves the right to suspend any account at any time, without prior notice, where there are reasonable grounds to suspect a breach of these Terms, fraudulent activity, or any other conduct that bag88 considers harmful to the integrity of the platform or other members. During a suspension, the member will not be able to log in, place bets, or make withdrawals.
Investigation Holds: Where bag88 suspends an account pending investigation, any balance held in the account will be preserved during the investigation period. If the investigation concludes that no breach occurred, the account will be reinstated and the balance returned. If the investigation confirms a material breach, bag88 may close the account permanently and apply the remedies stated in these Terms.
Permanent Closure by bag88: bag88 may permanently close any account found to have engaged in fraud, money laundering, match-fixing, underage gambling, or repeated violations of these Terms. In such cases, bag88 reserves the right to withhold any balance in the account in excess of the original deposit amount as compensation for harm caused to the platform.
Effect of Closure: Upon closure of your account, your right to access and use the bag88 platform ceases immediately. Sections of these Terms that by their nature survive termination — including dispute resolution, limitation of liability, and intellectual property provisions — continue to apply after account closure.

General Provisions

The following general provisions apply to the entirety of the relationship between you and bag88 under these Terms & Conditions.

Limitation of Liability: To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bag88 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of or inability to use the platform, including loss of winnings, loss of data, or service interruptions caused by factors outside bag88's reasonable control.
Platform Availability: bag88 does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the platform. Scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service outages, and force majeure events may cause temporary unavailability. bag88 will endeavour to provide advance notice of scheduled downtime where practicable.
Intellectual Property: All content on the bag88 platform — including logos, graphics, software, game assets, and written content — is the intellectual property of bag88 or its licensors. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any platform content without prior written authorisation.
Governing Language: These Terms are issued in English. The English-language version is the authoritative version for all interpretation and dispute purposes.
Severability: If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a competent authority, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, or severed from these Terms if modification is not possible. All remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
Entire Agreement: These Terms, together with the Privacy Policy, Responsible Gaming Policy, and applicable individual promotion terms, constitute the entire agreement between you and bag88 with respect to your use of the platform and supersede all prior agreements, representations, or understandings.
